    It's hard to predict when construction will start. I imagine city permits need to be filed and getting together the construction crew. Depending on how organized Great Gulf is, this can either start soon or take a while.

    neither of you have sense that regardless of floor level, you are looking beyond the parking lot... lets say at a distance, perhaps the church or St Mikes Hospital. Regardless, ones view is blocked. I wouldn't want to look directly into another building.

    im with some in agreement. I like the simplicity of the tower and its sleek design, but im concerned with the execution of it. It can go wrong. Lanterra doesn't have the best reputation.

    contruction has definitely started. The yellow brick building on the west side of the lot is being torn down.

    The surface parking lot is under excavation. A couple of bulldozers on site, and all tenants of the soon to be demolished buildings are gone. Bulldog Coffee just moved about a week ago.

    I walked by today on my way to work and it appears the presentation center is under way for construction. The interior seems nearly done. I imagine it will start selling soon.

    I dont think Lanterra would really care. Bottom line is selling units. Whatever it takes for an agent to bring in potential buyers (like this website) im sure Lanterra would be ok with.
