Maybe I can be corrected but it seems Lamb Developments always do concrete ceilings. Is this a way of just cheaping out and selling his buildings as modern lofts? For a building as 'elite' as this, I would have liked to have seen less concrete.

I think the cabinets are 24" depth. When you look at Ikea high cabinets as seen on the ends of that photo, they are only available in that depth.

Ive been walking by this project lately and its going fast. I like the fact that its height fits well within its surrounding and adds some newness and sophistication to the surrounding area.
