That's not a bad thing if you are an investor, the price hasn't gone up that up, more time will mean higher prices when it comes time to sell.

I would not use the 28th floor, as that's the most expensive and not a good reflection of the AVERAGE market price! If you mean to say "existing' condo, again that's not a good comparison because in 4 years that 'existing' condo will be 4 years old and TANGO will be brand new!
