Starting few days ago, the site was no longer a parking lot for builder workers. I see it's clearing the earth out and start the foundation maybe.

Looks like they are extending Esther Shiner and have it connected to Sheppard.

I didn't ask the Concord person I spoke to... all I was told it would be starting on Nov 17th.

Interim closing is on the way... as soon as Nov 17th! Long wait everyone, right?

I confirmed with my realtor, your assumption is not correct. As long as your PDI is done, you should get your interim closing shortly after. Completion of PDI of the whole building does not drive the individual interim closing date.

I have not even done PDI.
