    So that raises the question, is it possible the solo 10 car F59 consist could go on non London bound trains? There was a solo F59 consist that was on the Kitchener line this weekend, not on a London train but rather the Mt Pleasant - Union and back off peak trains.

    I doubt it. Seems as though multiple locomotives are still allowed on one train, but they are just not allowed to be situated right next to each other on the consist.

    The London train only has 10 cars so that would not be an issue.

    They had 3 F59s (562, 563, 564) on solo 6 car consists before this. As well as 557-561 and 558-560 doubleheader consists for the London. 559 was acting as a switcher at Willowbrook.

    So the London Train only had 1 F59 today but still had 10 cars This marks the first time since 2011 or so that an F59 pulled or pushed a 10 car train by itself

    I question though why for so long Metrolinx has been stating that the Series VII cab cars would be deactivated, when the evidence points towards the opposite (the conductor and engineer slide window frames being intact along with the actual cab).

    What's odd is that it seems now the Barrie Weekend Train trips are alternating between 10 and 12 cars respectively. But I agree hopefully we see extensions of train lengths.
