moved on... Today was a good day, I got my cheque in the mail!! I was waiting for my money to be returned since the day in Sept that I found out there was trouble. I didn't want to sit on failed property, and have since bought a unit at Parc Nuvo which I am quite happy about. More money... -

The move-in date for the Sell Off towers was given as April 2012. Can't believe all of this is going on with NO one available to comtact, or any communication back our way. We know the inevitable is that it will be cancelled, so why not take the classier route and just inform us, instead of... -

Keep us updated on any response from either party. Last week I had emailed both FRAM and the lawyer and got a response from both. Basically saying that the project is on hold until the 'owners' make a decision on its future. Both FRAM and the lawyer said deposits were secure. I expect... -

I too am wondering the same thing. Seemed like all was going well, especially with the quick release of Phase 2 after the ViP day of phase 1. Now all of a sudden the site is closed, and branding gone. Are there any other future unit owners of this property out there like myself who feel like...
