Correction, what is considered the actual height of the building? 328.5m or 346.35m??

Wow, what a great way to start a Saturday!! The new proposed height of 328.5m I thought might jump the still pending revised height of The One but it would not as it is seeking 338m. Regardless, that new height on the waterfront would be really noticeable.

The artificial grass for the dog park is going into the northeast corner of the park!! You can now also see the stone work that will encircle the heart shaped pond. Photos taken by Tony Vizzini:

I like the window framing. Not as nice as the renders but still unique and better than average.

Hmmm. The renderings are inconclusive as it it appears the floors below that floor look the same??

The bricks on the front facade facing King Street were recently painted white.

Kudos to the developers for the renovations to the facades on King Street East. Compare the above photos with the 2018 Google Streetview pic below. What an improvement!

Do they really need to make big signs like that? There should be a stipulation that in any buyers agreement that this notice be included. Having large signs up on the sidewalks polluting our streets for the 0.5% of the people in the area that need to know this fact is ridiculous.

I love the firehouse clock tower and realize its previous location above the heritage buildings was awkward, but that new positioning is not much better. That clock tower would look a lot better a bit south at 429 Yonge Street where the pedestrian only section leads to Granby Street as shown...
