Another pretend preservation project in this city.

This project is a new era in Toronto condo construction. It has major wow factor. This and the Well, although not supertalls like a lot of people want, prove height isn't everything.

This tower is far from being approved as is. I expect there will be changes regarding the building itself, and the city's take on the proposal. A year from now we should have a better idea of the final iteration.

What's the point of that. It's a pathetic attempt at saving Toronto's past. They might as well tear the whole thing down. Facedectomy in this case looks quite silly.

This whole reno is basically ugly. It doesn't blend with the existing building, and looks cheap. The responsible parties should be ashamed with the result, especially at a major intersection such as this.
