Just got back from my 2 week vacation. Good to see the hoarding has returned on the TTC side entrance. Doors are still boarded up in the mall. Handicap open button on door of residential towers no longer work. Every time I have to walk into Hullmark to use the TTC, it amazes me how big of a gap...

Well I mean are they planning to redesign them? Or are they happy just leaving caution tape and boarded up glass? Ah it's Bazis. I probably already know what the answer will be. Should match nicely with the TTC entrances

Can't say I'm even surprised at this point. A competent developer could probably have started and finished a new tunnel in the time it took for this "finished" tunnel to pass inspections. I'm betting the Bazis PM is just going to blame TTC for the delays again if anyone calls the number.

I wonder if anyone from Bazis reads this thread. I mean, it's easily findable on Google and any future partner or investor must be smart enough to at least do an online search on past projects before signing up with these guys. Maybe Bazis really doesn't care at all about their reputation. And...

Tim Hortons will apparently be opening tomorrow. There's a truck with free (small) coffee and hot chocolate parked outside right now. You also get some coupons that will only work at the EP location. Nice to see it open so quickly.

That might be the most pathetic thing I've ever heard. Sunnyray needs to give this moron an angry phone call for us. I'm seriously wonder what other deficiencies there might be in this building when they can't even get a TTC tunnel right.

Another week and the TTC connection remains closed. I assume Bazis failed yet again last Friday. Meanwhile, the Tim Horton's looks like it's ready to open in about another week or two.

Looks like the mall entrance door beside the 9 Bogert tower has completely fallen off. Guess that'll be the third entrance to the mall closed off. :rolleyes:

How incompetent can someone be? Like the week after you get your phone number posted at a TTC station blaming you for construction delays (with multiple angry phone calls coming from the public), you still can't show up on time for a pre-scheduled meeting? I don't even care that it's snowing...

Look, if the rest of this development was alive and well with LCBO and Metro opened/opening as planned, then sure, I could overlook a delay in the TTC tunnel. But since it's just one failure after another, Bazis deserves everything being said about them in this thread. And now it sounds like...

Well I mean the residents here are paying for the TTC connection in their fees and in the (added) price of their condo units... You can wave it off all you want but I think the residents here have been extremely patient with the tunnel. I know I bought a unit here precisely because I didn't want...
