I went over to check out the lobby last night, security said so far up to floor 20 in the east tower is occupied. Nothing in the west tower.

Very interesting ideas. I could see it being run over the rail corridor which is currently all dead space aside from train usage. Should be able to find spots for towers here and there in the corridor. Stops at West Don Lands, Distillery, Jarvis (St. Lawrence Market), Union, Rogers Centre...

I will go on record as saying I am relieved he is dead, for the simple reason that if he had beaten this I guarantee he would have run for mayor again. His death removes the risk that any advances on transit and other important Toronto issues that the current administration achieves are undone.

The station build out and overall completion of the project is being done under a fixed price/date certain construction contract through a P3 bid process. The schedule in that contract is reasonable, and maybe some would consider it tight. Currently the contractors are heavy in the design phase...
