What was the original occupancy date they gave when you initially purchased? I purchased in 88 Scott and am curious about the length of delay I should be expecting.

I love the podium of the building; I wish the tower above was as expressive.

In my opinion, the area between the buildings was put to great use. The section of the property houses two gyms, two pools, a tennis court and a party room. The area might not do anything for you but for residences it's fantastic.

I don't understand why people keep saying it's so nice, the lobby looks extremely tacky to me.

Part of their agreement when they purchased the orginal building was to keep the facade.

Developer confirmed with me today that demolition is scheduled for early this spring and that sales for the project have performed "extremely well". Good news! :D

Honestly, I completely agree. Sounds like their investment didn't materialize into something grand and now they're trying to back out. I'm actually a fan of the design and can't wait for them to turn those lights on!

You can't really compare INDX and Scott. INDX is full of small units, I believe their largest is in the 800 sqft range. Scott is compromised of much larger units which ultimately increases the price and barrier of entry. Both are great projects, however, I believe they are targeting different...

Different doesn't always translate to better. I personally think the kitchens look cheap and I can definitely see them losing their "trendy" feel quick.

I thought Park Lake had issues getting approval for extra height. If the new building remains the same height as PL I will be a happy camper!
