I don't think that's accurate. Last time I went by they were over 50% sold.

This building isn't multi-tower. In this project, the floor you live on dictates the corporation representing you.

This project is 90% sold now.

I toured some residential units in the building and was in awe - finishes and layouts are superb. The quality of these units definitely surpass Shangri-La.

I went by today - seems like they're making good progress.

The roof element for this building looks terrible. Hoping it turns out better than the renders.

I found some information about the public art program at 88 Scott. Proposed locations for the art include the public atrium and Wellington entranceway. The document also includes a rough render of the public atrium. I really like the idea of a suspended sculptural and/or lighting installation...

All 16 trees on the propoerty were planned to be removed. New trees will be planted once the building is complete.

It’s definitely not the start of construction. A sales center representative recently told me that construction would begin in a approximately one year.
