The first time I’m starting to see how the Maple Leaf motif will play out, still missing some pieces here and there. Think it was a missed opportunity not to have the pattern gently lit up, maybe even animated. Unless that’s coming but I see no hardware installed for that.

I continue to be stunned by how fast CentreCourt puts buildings up. Took less than a year to get from grade to topping off and the cladding is more than half done. Same story at 55 Mercer. Anyone have opinions on the quality of their projects?

I was just sharing information in response to someone who had concerns over their phone being dead. Knowing that’s an option is always a nice backup. Personally, running out of battery is a really common experience after a night out and no way I’m bringing a battery pack to the bars.

Balcony glass is going up, definitely the weakest part of this otherwise beautiful building
