    It won't be heated all year. As mentioned above, these pools are meant for casual use. A 'reflecting pool' misses the point.

    I said fairly common and stand by it. I'm not surprised by any of items listed here. What would you consider a reasonable alternative to be? If you don't want to run the risk of such issues, do some research and rent in a building that is complete and has a decent reputation.

    I don't mean to undermine what you're saying but the issues you stated are fairly common during this stage of construction. Renting in a completed building would probably be more up your alley.

    IKEA probably doesn't have any real estate investment plans for the GTA. Last I heard, the Vaughan store was already over indexing the GTA+ area.
