88 Scott St. (Concert Properties) - Real Estate -

Location doesn't compare. Also, the residents at Scott are great. Happy to say that I've met a lot of new friends in the building. The area has a true community feel to it.

I don't agree Ryan. The second flood, while smaller compared to the first (which was massive), did (from what I heard) impact occupant units. Elevators, party room and 6th floor halls were all damaged. We even had fans on the 4th floor. The third flood damaged the gym (which was under...

Retail information: Mercatto will be moving into the large unit on Wellington. Their patio plan sounds impressive. Aroma will occupy the interior atrium on Wellington. Sales centre for Concert in the Scott Street unit.

Getting off topic here now but the building isn’t registered so resale isn’t possible. 175 rented out of 525 units doesn’t sound all that bad either. With the price of units these days, renting is almost inevitable.

Swimming with such an urban view makes the experience! Forgot to mention that the pool is saltwater and this area has both a dry and wet sauna. The terrace isn’t open yet but looks fantastic.

I don't believe this is a fact. Last I read, Wellington Street trees are planned to be replaced when roadwork is completed.

@dracolnyte laminate can be more expensive than hardwood. I had to upgrade to laminate with my last Pemberton purchase.

What floor was the unit on? Most units will have high quality wide plank laminate flooring. The flooring was discontinued though so some units were "upgraded" to hardwood. My flooring was recently redone and I had the option of switching but I stuck with laminate. If it's not wide plank, you...

On the date of occupancy, if everything has been approved by your lawyer, you simply go and pick your keys up at 88 Scott. The process takes 15 minutes. Welcome to the building!

@alanscott congratulations! Glad to hear you’re moving back. I’m guesssing you are on a lower floor, ours on the 4th is still in bad shape.

@TheKingEast Concert has been great. Really a good group of people there. Even after all this, I can still stay they live up to their slogan of being a “developer with a difference”. We have been out for over two months now. I’m guessing 3 or so by the time everything is said and done.

The entire building was evacuated, regardless of floor, for weeks. Elevator service was only restored approximately two weeks ago. I’m on the 4th and my unit is still in poor condition.

All PDI’s and many future move-ins have been postponed. The building remains completely unoccupied. The flood was severe and disabled all tower elevators and some of the life support safety systems. Work on the tower is definitely in full force as construction crews leverage the external...

@TheSix @Christopher Brown well they are definitely being tested now. The scenario is much more involved than either of the examples you mentioned. This Thursday marks one month that the building remains evacuated.

@Downtowner88 unfortunately, I am living through this now. On November 9th at approximately 5:40 PM a large pipe burst on the 5th floor. Damage is extensive and all elevators are nonoperational. The building is currently unoccupied until elevator and life support systems are restored. My unit...
