They're going to run into the same issue with Line 10 in Mississauga and Brampton. They're sticking with saying end of 2024 but it really is end of 2025 or 2026.

I think they literally moved Grand Park to the east to eliminate the existing tower site completely. All the towers in the picture are M City. Weird stuff.

I agree grass is nicest, but in my humble opinion exposed rail is second best and gives it a more rapid transit vibe compared to a traditional streetcar. Easier to swap out rails in the future too.
