Sheppard line is not "within walking distance" for the most part of the year. But I'm not against the intensification, far from it (especially given the LRT plans for Don Mills). I'm just wondering where will they stick this particular 4 Graydon Hall building - there's practically no room left...

This location makes a lot of sense to me. Major Mac is very close to HWY7 - a mere 5 km to the new downtown Vaughan is building. And if you look north there's no medical facility up to Newmarket.

I support this project too, but please no rental in my neighbourhood, thanks.
