I know every opinion is personal. The 4800 yonge has an incredible harmony and beauty. Beauty is in harmony,transition in color and nice cladding. We don t have many like that in Toronto. For the globe and mail headquarter,i love the style but the transition in color is not the best.

I know i trash Toronto. I do it ,because i m desperate that our architects can t do a better job here. It only glass condos tower without style and beauty.When i compare Toronto to other cities, i m just sad. But there is some exception like 1 Bloor,1 Yorkville or L tower but they are rare.

The harmony is very absent in this building. The transition between the blue and black does not work. For me, it ugly.

Black color is not a good idea for me. A clear blue or green would have been better. It would have been more eyes catching.

I think i found a render on skyscraperpage about the condos towers proposed here. For me it will be boring.

Here we are enemy of beauty. Everything that is pretty will be rejected and history prove it many times. So i m prepared to see ugly glass condos tower. This is Toronto, the capital of ugly architecture.

You know elegance is harmony and softness in architecture. This elegance is shown in the expression of the architecture,the cladding , the color and how balconies are layed.

Yes i love those Toronto tower. But unfortunately, they are exception in this city.I created this topic because recently launched condos have a poor architecture.I just want more creativity. In Melbourne, Almost every building is spectacular.

Some other exemple of Melbourne architectural style. I would like to see more proposal like that in Toronto. If developers lack imagination, i have some suggestion for them.

I mean the game of colors and the style with the balconies. I said that because architecture is so bad here that see a little creativity here is rare. It a box ,but with little imagination,but it far to be the greatest building. Watch by yourself contrary to most box.

Very horrible and uninspired.The color is bad choice and there is no harmony at all in the building. When these architects will learn to draw a normal building? Shame to them ! :(
