Yes it would have been expensive.What i would like is that the city give a tax break ,when a building will have special feature. The tax break can be an incentive to have a better architecture.Or another way could be a special fund for architecture.

There was no change in design.It a extra cost for developers so the design will again suffer.Get ready for the worst design ever.

It very common here. The more there is unit,the bigger will be the cashflow and profit. So very often,the quality will suffer.But i think it will still be a landmark.

Because there is no lifestyle at all.Developers only build bland box without style and beauty and bring no lifestyle with it. We lack too a big strip mall like dix30 in Montreal or ICE district in Edmonton.
