    I also doubt it will be done by Fall 2019.... I think Notice Period for an Occupancy Delay is May 2019 for the West Tower and October 2019 for the East Tower, purchasers will be notified if it is the case.

    I thought this park will be built by the City, no ? Regardless, Menkes is one of the better builder in my opinion and they have so much skin in this strip (Waterfront Innovation Center), why would they want to jeopardize their goodwill and reputation. So, I am staying positive on this one...

    When I was at Menkes Sugar Wharf presentation center, i was told the park will have water feature and retail components (restaurants, fast food etc.) integrated instead of just a "pure" park. So, this rendering seems in line with what i've been told. Best part is, this park is not exclusive...

    According to its website, the office is sold out. If I am not mistaken, there are few units left from the East Tower returned from the buyers within the rescinding period and Daniels is hoarding these units to release when it gets closer to occupancy.
