Looks like they are now working on 13th floor at West Tower and 10th floor at East Tower.

this area has been under developed for way too long.... so excited to see all the developments continue to progress in East Bayfront. It is a total transformation. That said, one of the missing puzzle is Loblaw, still nothing yet.....

Totally agree with all you've mentioned. In addition, it will be right next to Google's, Microsoft HQ, George Brown College, OCAD, Waterfront Innovation Center (WPP, MaRS - UofT) and easy access to DVP. East Bayfront will simply be a city within a city.

I see the peach tan look of the facade complimentary to Sugar Beach's sand.

The future building(s) on this land will offer next to no lake view suites that are commanding the highest premium in this strip.
