Worksite Aug10 I was at the site recently, the diggers are out there, work is being done.

South super board demo Dropped by the site over the weekend and found the super board located on the south east corner of the lot gone. Debris and a couple of heavy machinery still on site. Looking forward to the digging this spring, hopefully.

I thought it's going to new building from ground up, why would it be listed as a 'redevelopment of an existing munitions factory from WWII'? That would be existing Liberty Market building north of the site.

That is a good analysis of the site simuls, too bad you couldn't find a unit you like. I had the same reaction when I walk through the site with the sale person. The agents presale event was a zoo, more than 30 people were in line to buy and most just sign away without even checking the site...
