    Markham The Vanguard | ?m | 27s | Devron Developments | Kirkor Architects

I have 3 problems with this: 1. The website is "vanguardto", and says the name Toronto in its website, and even though it is in thornhill/ Markham, it doesn't say thornhill at Markham nearly as much. 2.theyre altering their cheese design to appear like 1 st thomas. Just build a design that...

    New Seaton - Pickering

That street network is low quality bogus, More likely to negatively impact your health and long term investment than the Candu reactor.

    Dead/Decaying Malls of Greater Toronto

The Shops at 404 and Steeles is getting pretty bunged up. The Sears discount store is closing, it just had a pallet of sunlight soap and big underwear. The food Basics is still busy but the rest of that mall is not long for this world...

good grief, can you image if they did this freeway exits?

Waterloo Region Transit Developments (ION LRT, new terminal, GRT buses)

I believe that's the first time I mentioned that. But you can't possibly live on Hespler, because there aren't any houses there, or even within walking distance. So Why do you want people living in Cambridge to have crappy lives? Anyway good job arguing anything important from my last comment.

Waterloo Region Transit Developments (ION LRT, new terminal, GRT buses)

why is large lot development preferred for you? Why divert our transit away from a beautiful downtown that could use an injection of life and modern amenities (after all, the streetcar used to go here). Galt has the architecture and natural heritage that brings people to it. Why divert the...

Yonge Street, North York Streetscape Improvements

That's not true, the road carries more cars than it did before, they're just in single file instead of abreast.

Waterloo Region Transit Developments (ION LRT, new terminal, GRT buses)

All of those cities existed before they had transit systems - walking builds cities.

Waterloo Region Transit Developments (ION LRT, new terminal, GRT buses)

I'm familiar. Show me a streetcar suburb that started out as a corporate wasteland with no housing nearby, no small lots for the investment to help actual people. Quite frankly if the hideous American corporation that owns Hespeler Road wants a streetcar they can build it them dam selves. The...

    Vaughan 7Central | 175.4m | 55s | Graywood | Arcadis

I'm sorry... what would the purpose of living on the 40th floor at the end of the subway be? That's going to be one hell of a wait for the elevator, all for the privilege of living beside... an industrial park and a rail yard?

Waterloo Region Transit Developments (ION LRT, new terminal, GRT buses)

The point of transit is to get from point A to point B as fast as possible. "Citybuilding" is not the purpose of transit, it's a byproduct. Should the yonge subway have circled away from mount pleasant cemetery because it didn't have redevelopment possibilities? Why don't we just build one big...

    King Street (Streetcar Transit Priority)

Hm so I wonder if bikes will be forced to turn right too or if we'll get "bicycle excepted" signs that would be cool. What about sidewalks? They're incredibly inadequate as it is.

    King Street (Streetcar Transit Priority)

it was a joke. Anyways this project isn't happening. An active curb lane? That's not even safe. What they should do is just admit it's a 2 lane road and widen sidewalks, as bike lanes and make the streetcar tracks back to a rough surface. Problem fixed.

    King Street (Streetcar Transit Priority)

If bikes can just use Richmond then why can't cars just use highway 407?

    King Street (Streetcar Transit Priority)

Where are the bikes supposed to go?

Waterloo Region Transit Developments (ION LRT, new terminal, GRT buses)

This is absolute nonsense. Direct routes are important! Imagine if the Yonge subway wowed out to Laird Drive before continuing North! They're trying break something that hasn't even been built yet. This action is violent towards transit users and is being done to pad the pockets of big box...

    Richmond Hill Yonge Line 1 North Subway Extension | ?m | ?s | Metrolinx

I'd like to see Rosedale and Summerhill discontinued, so trains could go without stopping from Bloor to St Clair. Imagine the resources these stations consume with no riders
