I remember asking about recycling and they did say that there was going to be recycling available. Now I'm curious to know if it'll be a two chute or three chute (compost as well). As for the green roof, I'd be up for that.

I work out of the airport, if you really want tokens, you can go to the money exchange place(s) on ground level or I believe it's the departures level and they sell you token there.

Has anyone heard anything about the build quality that the developer has or offers? Does anyone know anyone in the Foundary Lofts, do they enjoy their units, build quality, etc? I'm curious to know.

Just you mentioning the upstairs reminds me of fireplace that they had. I used to always sit by it with friends and just talk over coffee or martinis. It really felt cosy and in some cases, like home. It was a very welcoming place and a wide variety of people used to go there. I do remember...

Thanks for posting that article. It was an interesting read. Now almost in my 30s and looking back to when I used to hit the village in my "younger" years. I find that it just doesn't seem to appeal to me anymore. There's really no place to sit down and talk over a nice martini or glass of wine...

The unit closest to mine, the living/dining area has lost 1 sq foot and there's no island for the kitchen, other than that, it's pretty much the same thing. BTW, on the FB group you said you had some interesting news RIKK, what's the news?

If anyone is interested, the floor plans for Phase 2 in on the site now. Having gone through them, I'm actually happy I bought into Phase 1. On a side note, I wonder if we'll have access to each other's facilities? Phase 2 has the media room and Phase 1 seems to have a larger gym.

I, myself purchased a unit there last month as well. Really looking forward for it's completion. Also interested in learning what Phase 2 will be like and what kind of changes if any will the building/floor plans have.
