Can the outside occupancy date be changed? According to 2 guys on site last week no way they can build this project in a year

The 2 guys there are to do maintenance on site thats it…..no progress being done. Was told close to hiring a new construction firm but was told that 2 months ago

Thanks for the update….no change from 2 months ago. Again we wont be told anything new, once they finally finalize all they need to do and wait for snother court date…hello 2025. Maybe the courts should start thinking of us all…the purchasers

When I spoke to KSV 6 weeks ago was told they were close to hiring a construction manager…..this will go on forever…bottom line we will be forced to wait it out with no deposits coming back forced to follow through on sale

I thought ksv only had a certain amount of time to sell if not we get our deposits right away. If they had any consideration for us all up in the air they would communicate with us

Work is being done. Huge pile of sand/soil/dirt whatever it is was delivered in the underground parking. The underground has been cleaned up alot, building in some walls being done as well. Cant see us getting deposits back soon

Wouldnt an update be great. I dont think they care or realize how many families are in limbo over this nightmare. Anybody have updates?

A bit confused as well as the email we received is from Vandyk’s lawyer?

Her response was ksv website will have update on the project very soon, couldnt give date they are finalizing things now

More work been done in last month than Vandyk has done in years. All pillars for underground parking appear to be done no big mud puddle anymore. New piece of equipment brought in on Saturday…all we need is an update

At this point who knows, crew was there in Saturday as well. An update would be great for us all instead of us assuming or speculating
