    I have my PDI booked for Sept 10. I've gotten some info from my lawyer, apparently the builder is requiring us to have pre-approved mortgage, $5M liability insurance, and also pay the 5% HST up front, in order to do the occupancy.. Is this normal procedure? anyone know?

    Just got a voicemail for scheduling my PDI. My last letter says occupancy is is Sept 22.

    Would it be possible for you to scan the proposed amendment and post here(take out all sensitive and private info). I turned down their offer over the phone so I don't think 1 is mailed to me - another shady move IMO. If this BS continues further I may even take this out to social media...

    First post here but I've caught up quite a bit. I'm on the 28th and scheduled to have July 23 as tentative occupancy date, now letter to september 23, and also got the call from Shelly @ Fernbrook. She told me about the amendment agreement and if I would sign, and I said i plan to live there...
