What do you mean by infrastructure? Traffic congestion is horrible and the King st car line is a gong show in the morning/evening - quicker to walk to the core. Agreed that it is great for the sub-30's crowd.

I agree with this observation, and am a fan of the smaller (low-rise?) developments we've seen on the west end over the past few years (Abacus, Nero, and 109oz come to mind)
