Yes I’m extremely unpleasantly surprised with mine. I don’t think it Will go down unfortunately:( but I lived accross the street for 7 years (same builder) and they never increased much at all over the course of that whole time . ($20 in 7 years) not sure if it will be the same scenario

I don’t think so, the hst is paid by the builder unless you are renting it out, in which case they make you pay it and then you have to apply for the rebate. So the rebate does not go to primary residence buyers but to the builder. This happens to be the second onni to project I’ve bought and...
