    $100K price jump Here is an example of a recent jump: A 1042 sq. ft. unit at the Thompson hotel has sold for $710K. The same unit was purchased in spring 2011 for $610K. Perhaps buyers are justifying higher resale prices based on the high price of pre-construction?
