It is just waste to spend so much money building it and have a prime-location park be wasted for 5-6 months of the year. No one is gonna go hangout there in The winter and have nothing to do or see there. having a skating rink would’ve been a much needed winter destination for locals and visitors.

Every single one of these stations should have an Affordable housing component In the form of midrise or highrise building. there‘s no logic in spending billions in a new subway line and not do this.

I guess this is what the street level will be like. the renders seem to show a large condo lobby facing church st. I certainly hope that’s not the case. That would kill the village‘s vibrancy
