    There will be paid parking in the condo complex. A disclosure was sent out by Pemberton that said that in place of free visitors parking for condo residents, a paid parking area will be opened to the public.

    T&S always had more of a dense waterfront resort feel to me. The outdoor spaces, infinity pool, cabanas remind me of an all inclusive. Not everyone's cup of tea for this area. I get it.     Perspectives from Leslie Street Spit. Great spot to catch our city's beautiful skyline. Massing of T&S doesn't seem so dramatic from this perspective. East facing units will get some awesome views.

    I received a late December 2023 tentative occupancy update. I'm high floor in the Northeast tower. That probably means firm occupancy will spill into Q1 2024. Hopefully that will allow mortgage rates to come down a bit. There could be some positives to this delay, I suppose.

    I'd be shocked if they put the money into renovating back to a functional hotel. It will probably sit empty or be demolished to set up a sales centre.

    Looks like they're starting on Floor 27 of 29. i don't think they'll have any problems topping off the north towers before the snow flies...whether that makes the regulars here happy or not, :P
