This is peculiar. Was the appraisal request triggered only because you’re trying to secure financing for a property not built yet? You should be fine though as your appraisal value is still more than you paid no?

For those of us waiting on next steps/updates from the builder. If there is a delay, we’ll be notified at least 90 days before the tentative occupancy date. That should give you a ballpark of if/when another delay letter is headed your way.

Thanks a lot. Yeah given the progress of block 3 I imagine we are in for some longer delays for blocks with less progress.

It does sound like people are starting to receive letters indicating their unit is further delayed. But I’ve also seen some people get interim occupancy notices for their townhouses in the fall of this year. Guess we’ll have to wait and see.

By progress I mean they have framed up parts of block 9, 10, and started 12. Still very early on though 😂

I noticed they made improvements to the framing of blocks 9,10, and 12. That’s about it. They did mention winter would be a slower time to construct, but yes the Hill has made solid progress.

I am in block 10, last I heard was August 2023, however that was an update I received last year around July 2022.

I believe it is all the same builder - Sequoia Grove Homes is the owner of the entire project.

Im hoping it will all be on schedule for us! I will keep you posted on the development as I plan to visit in early February.

I was contacted by the design studio as well - I’m curious to see if those with earlier occupancy dates, and whose towns are further along actually move in within the next few months. One of the through towns apparently has a final occupancy date of late March 2023

My townhouse is not framed up yet. Seems like the concrete portion is done. Last letter was February 2023 and current one is July 2023, although haven’t received a final tentative date yet.

Building A is definitely farther along than building B … for what it’s worth. so did they give you a later date on the letter? Or same date as before just with final tentative occupancy ?

Oh wow that’s exciting. What condo building or townhouse block are you in? And what is your closing date if you don’t mind me asking? This info will probably help a lot of us see when the development will be finished.

If you zoom in it seems they’ve started framing up towns within the block 9-14 range (like block 9 area)
