My guess is end of 2023/early 2024.

The 2 beds with lake views go for low 800s. Seems quite pricey compared to current resales. Then again, I thought they were pricey last year as well haha

I just got a marketing email from Conservatory group a few minutes ago for Waters Edge offering an easy to own deposit structure. I doubt they would cancel it, i'm pretty sure they sold a majority of the units already.

Any guesses on when this project will be ready for occupancy?

I was looking for the same thing. I checked local FB groups with no success.

I got a unit over the weekend and asked about the parking, sales lady said 4. Hopefully it's not 7.

Hey Everyone, I am considering purchasing a 1BR unit in this project and was curious why there are still so many units remaining? Also I went by the site yesterday, and they haven't even begun excavating. If anyone has any info that would be awesome! Thanks :)

Thanks for the info regarding the Facebook group, I am now a member. Regarding the PDI, I think it went very well. The measurements were as stated so I didn't loose any space. There were a few very minor touch ups including misaligned cabinets and a small hole where the door hits the wall...
