I don’t really understand your suggestion, this thread seems to have many buyers of this project and we seem to like sharing ALL aspects of this project. i don’t see the benefits of beginning something else, I do like everything to be in one thread.

I have no experience so when people said preconstruction is a ”waiting game”, they are not joking. I pray that interest rate will be lower by the time we all close.

I’m glad more blocks are being done. The ones next to building A really hasn’t had much movement. I’m guessing their focus was more building B to make the sale.

I went to the site yesterday and I find there has been little progress since December. I think The Hill next door is moving very fast, got frames for some homes already. For everyone with experience in buying pre construction, is this normal?

The previous letter was March 2023 I believe. Now it is July 2023 final. Like I said, I think we are speaking 1.5 years minimum from now. Is your block of the townhomes ones done?
