    Toronto | CIBC SQUARE | 241m | 50s | Hines | WilkinsonEyre

Just the entire buildings footprint is not what I expected. It's turning out to be a little bit...underwhelming.

I think it looks fine, just needs some landscaping out front

Is it just me, or is this building not actually as big as the renders made it look?

    409 Brant St. (Burlington, 81m, 23s, G+C)

Looking at the development application it will be preserving the Kelly's Cupcake store and Schmid Albert Jewellery. There will be retail on John Street, while Brant street will be the buildings lobby.

Yep I hear you, I was getting worried too. Says on the sign that construction starts Spring 2019. I'll try to get down to the site to take some pictures. Will be the tallest building in Burlington when complete.

I was down by the site earlier today, looks like they're getting ready to dig. They've begun clearing foliage and other debris.
