This project is not currently shown on Emblem's website: https://www.emblemdevcorp.com/projects Hard to get construction financing without pre-con sales deposits. Curious when this will launch? I wouldnt expect much action on-site until this happens.

The owners (Colonia Treuhand) take a very long term approach to their holdings. They own a ton of sites in Downtown East and rarely sell or develop.

I don't care what kind of urban design spin you try to put on it: Baseball Place is one of the biggest park design failures in the City. The increase in user pressure will only highlight this more. It's not friendly for anyone except for pop-up markets. Dogs, children, sports, readers, eaters...
