Closing date is different from occupancy date. There may be a period where you pay the builder “rent” while the unit is occupied but title cannot be transferred.

Looks like July 14 is the tentative date. Final occupancy tbd

Or advertising dollars 🤔 Also cant wait to see 3 trains go by while I'm running down the stairs / escalators...

Speculation on my part but I think this is correct wrt construction milestones and payments. The way P3s are structured, the government pays the consortium based on milestones being completed, and having a partial opening of the line without Eglinton completed would require a significant rework...

I don't believe the roads not directly outside the stations are part of CTS scope of work.

Other than Cedarvale and Eglinton, this Chaplin intersection has been the worst in terms of construction mess. Good to see it cleaned up!
