    Almost all of New York's most beautiful buildings were created by private developers - They spared no expense to make something that was stunning, the difference is that after WW2 architectural philosophy and the general culture changed into becoming much more minimalist.

    The glass, like most buildings, is the terrible part, but this could have been worse, at least it has some brick, To allow myself to appreciate this built, I just squint my eyes and look at the bottom part, and it almost looks like an old heritage warehouse that got renovated with new glass

    If they don't have to go through the process of building ramps for the parking in one young, since they have the ramps already built in phase 1 and connected to one young through the knock-out walls, then would this be a slightly faster bottom to ground build than your general construction?

    I wish the bricks would have carried on to the ground instead of ending a just a floor above and being replaced with glass - it makes it look like fragile glass is supporting heavy bricks, unattractive
