Overall much better than I thought which is a relief. Having a community centre there is great - it'll be great for the office workers as well. Pipe dream, but a PATH like underground network would be really nice to have.

There's digging continuously happening in the site directly east to this (which is also not part of Lakeside). It seems to be very slow progress, but at least the machinery is moving and doing something there. Not sure if it's the same developer/owner though.

Definitely push them to get things fixed. Put it on the Tarion PDI form. Phone jacks may be a building code thing, and possibly data-enabled? Would need pics of said old bathroom look, but wasn't it part of the model suite?, or did they diverge a lot from that?
