Surface parking in front of the building is brutal and shouldn’t happen.
Especially considering they have access of Cluny St.Surface parking in front of the building is brutal and shouldn’t happen.
Doesn't seem that atrocious to me for 5 spots with an attempt to conceal it somewhat - makes sense to have spots near the entrance from a daycare perspective. The Cluny lot isnt part of the development it says, not clear what the plan is for that beyond a future consent application.Especially considering they have access of Cluny St.
This city really just thinks these areas will never be pedestrian friendly at any point in the future eh. Like it's a nightmare now, but no point in trying to make it better.
I would prefer not to see additional driveways along typically pedestrian focused frontages like this. Imagine James St having a building demolished to make way for a new-build with a parking lot and a driveway.Doesn't seem that atrocious to me for 5 spots with an attempt to conceal it somewhat - makes sense to have spots near the entrance from a daycare perspective.
