I mean, it will probably be one of the more prominent intersections in the city in a few years once the Crosstown Community is done and Ontario Line is open. I’m sure he knows that.

I am sure he is smart enough to have expected that the area would be 'under construction' for ages - it was clearly going to happen and probably why he has bought property in the area.

Probably Aga Khan wanted to visit the Ontario Science Centre, among other sites, since he was in the neighbourhood.

Worth noting that the current Aga Khan V is the son of the late Aga Khan IV who established the Museum and Ismaili Centre.
