Interesting! Let's hope they manage to get Shoppers out of the main floor, the former plan had SDM remaining as they apparently have long lease but they take up very valuable street frontage and may not fit with high-end hotel which would, I assume, want a fancy entrance.!
Shoppers was the first tenant installed by H&R in the former CP ticket hall from about 1990. They've been there 30+ years, they're not going anywhere.

I suspect you are correct but it will be interesting to see how the luxury hotel manages to create a suitable main entrance if it remains.
