As does the fact that the City did not manage to paint the Berczy Park dogs over the winter. They will either remove them in 'fountain season' or wait until next year to give them a well-deserved coat of paint. Parks are really VERY poor at organising and then managing projects. (Don't get me started on the Lower Don work...)
