She’s coming along, feels like this and his other tower have been eternally working on their cladding, so hopefully the new construction season will bring it to a close.

Nothing more than has been said in the LRT thread. Seems they're avoiding announcing the winning bidder for civil works, but it's a bit of an open secret at this point.
