Graffiti, Graffiti on the wall, tell me which tower is the fairest of them all?

She’s coming along, feels like this and his other tower have been eternally working on their cladding, so hopefully the new construction season will bring it to a close.

But… let me get this straight as we approach completion (and, in knowing Vrancor has worked with them before) — Neuf actually designed this thing?
