Got excited when someone mentioned demolishing the Porsche dealership. Then remembered, oh yeah. That one.

Unfortunately, Waterfront TO has given them until DECEMBER to return the roads and public realm to pre-construction state.



They need to demolish the Porche dealership first - they're moving in June I believe so I would expect demolition by the end of summer. My guess is the ground will likely also need to be remediated given the area's industrial past. Q4 possible but my bet is no actual building begins until Q1.

Hmm that’s Unfortunante. Don’t they need to begin by end of year to secure funding from the government as announce last year? Or perhaps demo and ground work counts for them even if not here.

My guess is as long as they've started digging the hole it qualifies.

They seem to be updating their 3D Experience App, at least sometimes. I think the Future Overview Points of Interest was updated a little bit.
