I actually like these kinds of small spaces better when they're a bit messy, as long as people can still flow through them naturally. Helps create a sense of activation when there's only a few people in them. The tower is another kind of mess entirely, but I like what I'm seeing at this corner so far. Reserving final judgement until it's finished of course.
