I drove by this the other day, and hadn't placed this where it is, great location with the bicycle lanes and future LRT.

Still.. I do like the render of it so I am anxious to see what it looks like when it's done

I can't remember the last building this size that used wooden studs and 'regular' plywood over metal studs

Already way different and worse than the render -- the large glass "lobby" area, first floor right side, seems to me missing in real life... I'm gonna bet the curved balconies won't make the cut either and this will end up as a plain, ugly box

Only until it burns due to someone cooking up inside and losing control of their gear. I really hope not though, as Gage Ave. hasn't had a lot of love thus far.
