Crazy how the cladding lines right up with the lake

I haven't been following the film industry much anymore. Does Toronto still have a substantial film industry? I remember the '90s, when it was "Hollywood North".Wow, from that vantage, Hollywood will be able to shoot movies set in NYC without having to remove the CN Tower LOL
It’s so massive it dwarfs everything else around it. Looking foward to some tall neighbours to keep it company and balance the skyline around itToday

I remember it being reffered to as such in the '70s, and it is still in the top five cities in the world for film production.I haven't been following the film industry much anymore. Does Toronto still have a substantial film industry? I remember the '90s, when it was "Hollywood North".
These developers are pathetic so I wouldn't get my hopes up. Also it's too late to build the parapet such that the mechanical floors won't be exposed like the parapet they were going to build in the 346 meter plan because they already removed the RCS and the concrete for the parapet has been finished. The only thing they could do now is something similar to what they did on 28 Freeland Street where there is some glass sort of covering the whole thing but again they aren't going to do that because they are pathetic and have already confirmed the mechanical floors will be exposed.Anyone still hoping for a miracle to happen and Pinnacle decides to cover the mechanical box? It’s such a crime to have the tallest building in Canada expose such a massive mechanical box while the shorter phase 1 had its mechanical box mostly covered.
Unique perspective. Skyline bookended by the 2 new giants, with CN Tower in the centre next to Aura (which will soon be overshadowed by Concord Sky).
Yes, hoping Condord Sky does not block the CN Tower and flanks left.Unique perspective. Skyline bookended by the 2 new giants, with CN Tower in the centre next to Aura (which will soon be overshadowed by Concord Sky).
Yeah I am thinking that the crown on this will be similar to how CIBC square is done and will sit above the parapet wall will also be interesting to see where the window cleaning unit gets mounted which might be a reasoning for them keeping the facade from going to full heightThese developers are pathetic so I wouldn't get my hopes up. I hope that they at least have nice lighting at the top of this building. It would look really nice if it is lit similar to CIBC Square so that they compliment each other more at night.
The first two images are giving Central Park Tower vibes... if it had a little elegance and wasn't an ugly rectangle
Make the spire tall enough and we can claim to have the tallest building in North America...Today
