Branksome Hall at Elm Avenue and Mount Pleasant is undergoing redevelopment; 6 Elm has just been demolished and will be replaced by a glassy structure that abuts the street.

i recall seeing it being demo'd several weeks ago while driving by on Mt. Pleasant.

no its still there, and its in hideous shape unfortunately. an 1899 heritage property that somehow ended up being entombed in grotesque EIFS....

Drab and inscrutable from Mt Pleasant, this building (known as the Athletics & Wellness Centre or AWC) is spectacular inside and deserves significant credit to MJMA.
